The company values are just words on the wall, which are not followed nor enforced in the daily work. If you are not close to the inner circle of the senior management you get grumpy attitude from them, and when the pressure is high, they lose out temper and humiliate you. It happened to me, and happened to others - publicly. Last minute priority shifts is the rule, not the exception.
