The salary is fine ,not competitive but it was within the market The company has a very liberal and open minded culture
Cons
Very poor management, especially from the HR department. Ambiguity about job descriptions and job responsibilities I was given an offer with a different job title from the one they put on mu contract and on the internal system as they werent honest with paris office , about me as an actual resource that they are hiring Very high turn over ,the average employee stays for one year maximum The company has np internal policies or regulations on bonuses and raises The company is managed based on gossip , most of the employees were referred by other employees so its so cliqy and candidates who pass interviews also pass based on gossip . the open area was so hectic and crowded and it was so difficult to focus or get any work done The HR department are basically useless as everything is run through the team leads and managers and there is so much conflict between the support functions
