      -Nice enviornment to work in, not overly stressed -Very good processes and systems in place, clarity on job role -Hard workers get good visibility

      Cons

      -Pays sligthly lower than other professional service agencies -Lack of mobility between countries -if you're good at one function then management would want you to stay in it - no mobility in jobs as well
