Pros
I have had two unbelievable managers that give me really interesting projects. I am also incredibly interested in the work that I'm doing. Given my specific position and clients, I also get to travel a fair amount. Upon starting, you get 15 vacation days which is incredible.
Cons
First things first, the pay is not great. The bonus structure isn't meant to give anything to younger employees. On top of that, office politics are very real. While you will see this everywhere, Ipsos has more than their fair share.
