Pros
In my department and function there's a good amount of flexibility to work from home. People are helpful and willing to assist when asked. There's a lot of knowledge in the company so a great place to learn and grow.
Cons
Not a very social culture so if that matters to an individual, it's a challenge. It can be a little isolating.
