The work is really basic in relation to the financial landscape. It looks more like a dead-end call center job. At least it does not require you to over-stress. Do your work and go home. You can learn the very basic fundamentals of financial markets if you have no experience. NB positive reviews come from the Tech Department members who receive different treatment, working conditions, business culture, environment, and salaries. It's like working for another company.
Cons
The company is divided. There is no sense of unity and some groups are more privileged than others. The benefits are uncompetitive and so is the salary. Some managers are incompetent, causing a bad environment. All decisions are coming from the headquarters, so you have no influence whatsoever.
