Pros
Everyone is very nice, at first. Some creative flow.
Cons
Everything. The pay is below industry standard, if you try to negotiate they shame you. You could go to Casey's and make more. There is no HR department, everything is through the manager. They have terrible benefits, you don't get PTO for at least a year. It's a small team so you have to wear every hat. You can't get things done on time because they have you taking sales calls while designing or going to the warehouse and shipping packages. In the interview description they say 'occasionally help out' no. Do not buy that. You will be doing it every day all day. Taking around 20-30 calls a day. It's an over-glorified customer service/sales job with designing. Very very cheap company. Everyone is nice at first, but then they let the true colors show which is extreme stress. Management is also very micro-managing. In terms of COVID, they do not care. No one wears a mask, and everyone gets close to one another. They won't let people work from home when they are capable of doing so.
