Pros

iostudio may be a great opportunity for an entry-level employee looking to get going. A lot of your team members may be willing to help you along your path. There are definitely some good people working at iostudio.

Cons

iostudio is not a stable work environment. They have one very large client that pays most of the bills; this brings about the illusion of stability. If they were to lose said client, 90% of the employees would be cut, without question. iostudio forces something called "ioUniversity" down everyone's throat. You're forced to attend X amount of classes per semester and even take electives; just like college. The problem is, none of these classes actually relate to your job. Expect below market value for what you're worth, and expect iostudio to demand perfection. If you're not overly outgoing, positive, and upbeat, it won't matter how great you are at your job, iostudio seems to value in attitude alongside skill/performance; you can't have one without the other here. The worker-to-manager ratio is quite disproportionate. Expect to see a project manager for every 2-3 developers.

Pros

No complaints. It’s a call center job so you know what your getting into. They really strive to make it the best it can be.

Cons

It’s a call center job so the work can be a little monotonous. But you know that well before you sign up. It’s not really a con.

Pros

Free Snacks, Baseball games, Margarita parties, health insurance, paid vacation, snacks, awesome coworkers

Cons

Iostudio prides itself on its very few reputable clients. As a result, things can go from feast to famine very quickly. This results in creative, intelligent employees being released to accommodate the bottom line. It doesn't matter if they are high performers who could contribute to a new money making initiative, a fantastic designer that moved half way across the country, or an awesomely talented pregnant woman, they have no remorse in cutting someone loose for their own benefit. The partners are completely removed and have no empathy for these decisions made at the ground level that dictate work quality. As a result, you can expect the same treatment if you take a job here. Please note the very consistent negative comments made here. They are very reliable and consistent. Please, don't take a job here out of desperation. It is not worth it.
