Pros

This is a wonderful company to work for and learn from. Your growth and career progression are largely determined by your own initiative and willingness to take on new opportunities. The company is very accommodating and supportive when employees face personal challenges and strives to provide assistance whenever possible. One of the unique aspects of the organization is the accessibility of leadership. Employees have the opportunity to communicate directly with the CEO, gaining valuable insight, mentorship, and a deeper understanding of the business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Diverse company services and offering which helps the company remain competitive in marketplace (in good times and bad) Variety of work with challenges that help strengthen skillsets Instrumental in being a part of building / expanding the company People, Talent and Comradery is strong (even with former staff) Open work style - the more you want to take on the more you will grow

Cons

Commute - ha! But it's Houston so most any where is a drive. If you like your job and the folks you work with it - it's worth the commute.

Pros

* Capable, intelligent co-workers. * Comradare with co-workers based on mutual suffering.

Cons

* Career dead end. PRFS is a very niche industry and you will have great difficulty leaving the field. * CEO is verbally very aggressive, some would consider abusive. Hammers his direct contacts, which is paid forward to next level and so on. * CEO is greedy. You will be billed to clients at an hourly rate that is much higher than your wage converted to an hourly rate. * Top 10% performers move, everyone else is given mind-numbing tasks. * Approved vacation is subject to change at direction of management. (Work tasks may be considered more important than your vacation. No compensation for existing arrangements given.) * High performers speak poorly of low performers. If you are not quick in your work, more time is expected. Adversarial culture inevitable.
