Pros

- My recruiting experience was top notch. Alesya, the recruiter for my role, was proactive, communicative, approachable, and ensured that the entire recruiting process went smoothly from start to finish. I believe Alesya really set the tone for the culture at Inworld and because of my overall experience with recruiting, I felt more comfortable joining. - Even though I've recently joined, I've been a part of some of the brightest and smartest people I've worked with in the entirety of my career. If anyone in the world is going to solve the use case of Generative AI NPCs, Inworld has the best talent in the world to do it. - Amazing culture. People are friendly, open, and work really hard. Everyone is super excited about what the company is building and believes in the future of it. The passion is honestly quite contagious. - Super lean and agile culture. Everyone is mindful of too many meetings and figuring out the most efficient way to get things done but also do so thoughtfully. Everyone on the executive team is open to feedback, approachable, and extremely talented. - Remote friendly company. Everyone is located all around the world from California, Canada, and Europe. At the same time, the company has put great norms in place to ensure that everyone who is remote still feels included. Inworld has really nailed it post COVID in my opinion on the future of work.

Cons

None at the moment come to mind. I'm very much loving my time here so far.

Pros

The pay was good. Catered lunch a few times a week.

Cons

I felt unsupported and unhappy. I was in a team where everyone was just looking out for their own promotions. There was little communication; most people worked remotely and there were no structured meetings. I was also working 10+ hours a day. It was exhausting and demotivating. I actually breathed a sigh of relief when they laid me off from company restructuring.
