Pros
I started at InvoiceCloud as an SDR and from the beginning of my tenure I received clear instruction on what I needed to do performance-wise to climb the corporate ladder. I was provided the core structure on how to prospect and manage my schedule/responsibilities well which enabled me to grow my skillset quickly. As I performed well, I leveraged senior management at all levels within the leadership team to personally mentor me with practical and vocational advice. This allowed me to learn on the fly, but not at the expense of losing deals. I've been promoted multiple times here and a sizable portion of my success can be attributed to team members investing their time and effort to encourage me, teach me, and grow with me. This culture of people helping people has been cultivated by the CEO on day 1 of this company. He constantly tell us employees matter the most. Our Chief Sales Officer leads by example. He gets in the trenches and sells with reps. He doesn't steal credit, ever. He spends hours and hours mentoring and cultivating individual relationships with reps. He opens himself to creating friendship with others which gives off the feeling that he has horizontal relationships with people, instead of strictly vertical ones. Comp structure is great. I'll recommend this company to others and I've greatly enjoyed my time here and hope for many more years at InvoiceCloud.
Cons
Don't have many - wanting more opportunities to work is a sales issue in general - not just at InvoiceCloud. That's about the only thing I could possibly critique!
