Pros
I worked at a location outside of the Home Office in San Antonio, so I’m afraid there aren’t many Pros for me to name because employees outside of San Antonio are mostly ignored.
Cons
Job expectations go WAY BEYOND normal Sales Assistant responsibilities. “Home Office” is located in San Antonio so unless you work there, you are disregarded by HR and important dates (i.e. your annual review and potential raises, any and all recognition for a job well done will NEVER happen when working outside the Home Office, Training Training and Job Support are nonexistent for those not at Home Office either). I WENT YEARS WITHOUT A RAISE, EVEN THOUGH MY WORK PERFORMANCE WAS DEEMED “EXCELLENT” AND WORTHY OF ONE.
