Working at multinational company provides the opportunity to meet people from all over the world at the very least virtually, if not onsite, as many of consultants travel to the project location.       Pros

      Great benefits and competitive pay. Lots of growth recently, so a lot of opportunities. Good utilization bonus, as well as quarterly. The firm is doing well and I see nothning but great projects starting up, Everyone from management to the various Learning Academy resources have been very helpul and great to work with. The CEO actually cares about each employee and has a great head on his shoulders.

      Cons

      Can get lost in the shuffle of a larger firm that is Global. Being fairly new to the firm, I do not see any concerns that would raise any doubts.
