      Pros

      The good lesson I learnt that being open minded is crime and learnt ways to butter seeing all around me are busy in excelling this talent whereas none cares about talents and work.

      Cons

      For Girls out there, be cautious your dignity and respect will be challenged as there is gender biasedness and favourism in this organization. Be prepared to be mistreated and handle sarcasm comments in lieu of work.. They exercise control over personal life. No work life balance. Office politics. Leads tell you that they don't know how to do team work and they can manage on their own. Worst technical team seen ever. everybody has ego Problem and interest in letting other down instead of focus on deliverables.

      Pros

      Great benefits and competitive pay. Lots of growth recently, so a lot of opportunities. Good utilization bonus, as well as quarterly. The firm is doing well and I see nothning but great projects starting up, Everyone from management to the various Learning Academy resources have been very helpul and great to work with. The CEO actually cares about each employee and has a great head on his shoulders.

      Cons

      Can get lost in the shuffle of a larger firm that is Global. Being fairly new to the firm, I do not see any concerns that would raise any doubts.
