Pros

1. People are valued. 2. Great environment where people can grow, make mistakes, and learn from them. 3. Flexible hours. 4. The leadership is accessible, friendly, and willing to make sure we're comfortable when working. 5. Engineering team offsites when the COVID-19 situation is controlled. The team has had one of those pre-outbreak. 6. The one-time $500 equipment reimbursement helps a great deal when building our own home office. 7. Free personal English classes with a teacher for those who don't speak English as a first language. 8. Online coffee-breaks once a week are great for getting to know better our teammates. 9. Engineering lunch every second Friday is a great oppotunity to casually talk to everybody and have some free food for lunch/dinner (depending on your timezone). 10. Interesting engineering challenges to be solved.

Cons

Salary could be a little better given how much the average software engineer makes in the US. I believe I might be the one to blame for asking too little at first though.

Pros

- Great team -- everyone here is extremely collaborative, fun to work with, and super talented. - Great product-- you get to work with interesting data & tools that are genuinely valuable to our customers. - Great leadership-- management is extremely accessible, transparent, and communicative. They genuinely care about the team. - Great customers-- you get a unique chance to work with really cool companies here.

Cons

Not so much a con as a consideration: it's a small, early-stage team. So you get a lot of autonomy and a chance to build out processes as you go-- which is awesome if that's what you like, but might not be for everyone if you prefer the structure of larger, more established companies.
