Friendly atmosphere and some very smart people. Decent pay and benefits. Flexible hours Family oriented company..
Cons
Product development was understaffed. Especially in quality assurance. Project planning was confusing and lacked details. Upper management has constantly shifted priorities, Felt like they were trying to run product development the same as manufacturing.
