Pros

People at the lower local levels are dedicated and hard working

Cons

Management from the General Management level up is ridiculous. Often times it seems like the corporate people are inventing new positions to justify pay increases while the people doing the hard work on the ground are paid like peasants. The GM at the location I worked was an over-bearing micromanager whose daily tirades would often get in the way of regular job functions. The HR department makes even the simplest of requests seem like a daunting challenge. The technology is out dated. For a tech company they act like they are afraid of spending money and time to make theirs better. Spent several years working with servers/software/office PC's that were out of date or on the verge of breaking. The equipment that is being supported is even out dated (some were using parts that were no longer being manufactured). There is no planning for the future and very little money spent on technology and resources that make an actual company work. There is no time or effort put into increasing the employee's knowledge about the systems and sometimes simple fixes that had to be escalated would take days or weeks to get resolved. Just an overall terrible experience and I don't recommend working for this company unless you have no other choices. There is no room for advancement and even if you do move up you are still under appreciated, under paid and overworked. There is no positive culture and the overall feeling is that if you aren't at corporate or a GM or above you don't matter. No work/life balance, poor hiring practices (nepotism runs rampant), and no control over their upper management's egos makes even day to day working difficult. No bonuses or cost of living adjustments and compared to the positions that are similar at other companies the pay is well below the national average.

Pros

The company is in the middle of a real and meaningful transformation. As a long-time leader here, I’ve seen highs and lows, but what is happening now feels different in the best way. New leadership is bringing clarity, accountability, and a strong emphasis on people, culture, and customer success. There is a noticeable shift toward listening, collaboration, and long-term thinking. Teams are being empowered, development is becoming a bigger priority, and the culture is starting to reflect the kind of place where people want to stay and grow. Equally important is the renewed focus on our customers. We are moving from a vendor mindset to a true partnership approach, working more closely with clients, anticipating their needs, and delivering value in a more strategic and responsive way.

Cons

The company is in a dynamic period of growth and transformation, creating space for new ideas, fresh perspectives, and meaningful contributions. There is strong momentum behind modernizing systems, improving processes, and aligning teams around a shared vision.
