No stipend. The courses that you get as a replacement are not useful, low level content. Your inputs are not going to be considered. They just simply stick to 1-2 good employee they have and donot think before insulting you. A very small company useful for initial 1st/ 2nd year student only, if you are above that its merely a waste of time.
