      Some nice colleagues but not all. Would leave 0 stars if given the option,

      Run on a shoe string budget by inexperienced staff who wont make decisions or stick to them. Favouritism is rife within the company. Only interested in making as much money as possible. Massive turnover of staff. Not enough staff as permanent posts not filled & insist on using bank staff. Worst company I have ever worked for.

      Flexible with working time. No major pressures.

      Cons

      Poor middle to senior management, management would never take or ask advice from pharmacy staff. Basically, management always thought they knew best and they loved their job titles, eg, I’m the Superintendent or Director. This can be a recipe for disaster in relation to successful growth.
