Sometimes it doesn’t seem like they don't care about the people on the floor very much. equipment and facilities to make life/work more pleasant for the employee is low on priority list. Equipment and facilities to grow the company are top of the priority. They spend their money on growing, hardly any on creating a good place to work. Everyone is stressed because of it.
