      Pros

      very stable job for all who just want to live life happy without work...

      Cons

      Very stable healthcare product.. They have no new enhancement. All employees are just upgrading existing features. Very bad choice for 1-4 years experience people who wants to upgrade themselves... It could be only support kind of work after one year if it goes like same.. Every employee of this company is not happy with work,policies and management..

      Pros

      good ideas but implementation is the biggest issue- the drive to suceed is there but the follow through is not.

      Cons

      false promises- unprofessional sales team- employee retention not evident as well as client retention. The seniors hire Americans and then hide behind them! there is no ownership to bad service and poor product!
