Workload Intensity: In certain departments, workloads can be demanding, and there may be occasional high-pressure periods to meet deadlines. While this is not unusual in the industry, it can be challenging for employees who are not accustomed to fast-paced environments. Remote Work Transition: While IntiGrow does offer remote work options, the transition to remote work during the pandemic brought some challenges for the company. It took some time to fully adapt to this new work model and maintain the same level of connectivity and collaboration as in the office.
