      I mean they did pay, not much but they did pay.

      Cons

      Work you to the bone without any adequate compensation. Constantly treated like a child, undervalued and overworked.

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
