Pros

20 days pto and 2 or 3 floating holidays Nice people

Cons

Location Management is comprised of weasels who will bully you into jumping off a bridge if it would benefit them. Pay is super low. Workload is ridiculous. No one is actually qualified to do what they are doing. No training. Arbitrary billing deadline every month that makes projects more drawn out than they need to be. Impossible to be “customer first” when you are assigned 20 projects and asked to bill a certain amount monthly and travel to clients and do testing yourself due to technicians not being there. Overall just stay away if at all possible

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
