Pros

You get to drive around

Cons

Total disregard for driver pay per hours worked. Averaging £7-8 per hour. You have to stay out for very long hours to earn the same as anyone on the national living wage. Poor planning and drivers are reliant on the planners to have a decent pay for time spent out. No change to fees in years, while decent companies have increased pay for increased cost of living this company has only increased the new driver incentive to try and replace those who move on to better paid work. Congratulations, only 59 drivers remaining. No Choice given for work offered except for do it or don't do it. Should you choose don't do it you are punished with little or no work after. My last several jobs had over 3 hours P/T to the job. Regularly being offered £20 jobs or thereabouts with over 3 hours P/T before and after, wasting most of my day. They have a so called "C**ts List" in the office where drivers are placed if they decline work. Everyone up to Steve Mennell is aware of this. Drivers are treated like employed as they have to do exactly as required and have no decision making capabilities whatsoever. It is a case of senior management raking in the money and paying pittence to the poor drivers and taking advantage of their self employed status. They will also not reply to any email by email if there would be a trail of poor practice or bad or illegal behaviour. All these issues and many more have been discussed at the monthly meetings with Steve Mennell and Clive Genus present
