Pros
I've always lived under the moto - it's not about the location of your work, it's about the people you work with and for. I've been in this same industry, in various product management roles, for all of my long career. For big Fortune 50 players, and some smaller, those going through transition and those hungry to grow. I've been with Intertape for over two decades now - the longest I've lived anywhere - and for good reason. The culture is fantastic - I truly love and respect the people I work with and for - why else would I stay. That relationship aspect to me makes all the difference in the world. Intertape believes in the importance of family - your work family and your personal family...that you need to take care of your family and put their needs first, in order to be a productive and happy worker.
Cons
Work/life balance is a challenge, but I own 50% of that issue.
