The pros could sometimes bite *Growth driven: Work could be overwhelming for long stretches *Focus on company or team targets could push personal growth to the backburner * It is corporate. Sometimes the company values are attributed too loosely and superficially and stop meaning anything when corporate interests are placed ahead.
