Pros
- They recognize and reward your efforts and skills by providing you with the chance to move up in the company - They invest in their workers by providing training in WHMIS, TDG, Forklifts, Class 3 Driver's License etc. - Safety boots and uniforms are paid for, my boss has a company truck he can use to commute and for work that has maintenance and gas fully paid for - The company seems to care for leaders, so their leaders take care of the employees
Cons
- You are working around batteries so there is risk of exposure to lead and/or sulphuric acid - The company is from the US and has stated their purpose is, "To glorify God and enrich lives as we deliver the most trustworthy source of power to the world". I just think putting god in there is a little weird haha
