Pros
-any employee on the floor, that is not in management or HR. - some of the managers in the second plant are amazing.
Cons
-Management is clueless -HR is a mess and definitely have their favorites. - Some people that were hired were hired because they were a friend of a person in UPPER management, and they have NO experience for the title they were hired. - Almost everyone in management is in some type of relationship. - Compensation isnt enough for the 3/4 jobs youll be doing outside of the job you were hired for. - Seems like the Local IT manager has never had a managing role prior to their recent promotion, so don't count on getting ANYTHING concrete from them except a point or 3. -AAs will have to work 10xs harder to keep that job, while anyone else can do what they want to do. and this means from 3 hour lunches, misappropriation of funds, down to attendance. -BEWARE
