Pros
German engineered products were great. I enjoyed working with most of my coworkers. The facility was recently constructed and clean. German leaders who visited occasionally seemed smart and interested.
Cons
Only got a few hours of face time with North American division manager who would drop in occassionally, micromanage issues then disapear. He brought in a new plant manager and fired all the mid level managers, who had been doing a good job. They eliminated my job 1 week before my bonus was due, what jerks!
