They are more than just words on paper. We actually use them to drive direction and review our accomplishments. * My coworkers are competent, confident, communicative...I've run out of C words. I've rarely had the pleasure of working with a team this strong. * I love working remote and not having a commute. But video conferencing rules mean we still "see" each other on screen. There is still a strong sense of 'team'. I'm not alone despite working from home.
