Pros

Experienced team from KPMG and some limited talent sharing opportunities are still available

Cons

Favouritism within teams, massively underpaid compared to competitors, no bonuses for junior staff, no concern for employee welfare. Over 35% of staff have left in past 3 months.

Interpath Advisory Response

We're sorry to hear this feedback. We have recently reviewed and revised the graduate salaries against industry benchmarks and are comfortable that we are paying competitively. Employee wellbeing is a key topic for Interpath, we have a range of support available to our employees including mental health first aiders, EAP and BUPA membership. We have hosted two wellbeing weeks which were designed to help our staff manage their metal and physical wellbeing. Our turnover rates do not correspond with the number provided in this comment.

Pros

Nice offices and friendly office manager

Cons

The definition of a toxic workplace. Bullying, no vision, constant infighting. No leadership, blame culture. I could go on. Avoid at all costs.
