All false commitments verbally and in paper.. they don't contribute to PF and have no medical tie-up with any one still they mention it in the offer letter. Salary is not paid on time. You will work however it is not sure that you will be paid and you can blammed for anything so be careful if you are working here and avoid Joining if you are rolled out with an fake lucrative offer letter.
