Managers & Executives dictate everything. Executives talk investors to invest the company which is used to pay for unpaid bills several months behind, employee salaries, unpaid edd bills, etc. The sales to expense ratio is like 1 to 10. Some old investors would use their ira or 401k to invest. Site deployed personnel receives $10 breakfast, $15 lunch, $20 dinner, and gets reimbursed 3-4 months later, using employee's credit cards or personal funds as cash flow for the company. graphics and programmer teams have high rate of personnel in and out engineering people need to get on good side of director otherwise get send to do tech support stuff. tech support team and customer service constantly get calls to service a client which they sometimes dont have the information and needs to get from programmer and engineering team all upper management dictate, lie, provide false hope. Paychecks bounce, or not get paid with a reason of no pay consistently provided. A lot of people cash out checks with penalty if lucky.
