Do not value employees - Sales /product support Internet Brands Employee Review

Completely blind/deaf to employee feedback. CEO/Upper management put out racist video this week threatening employees if they do not come back to the office. Ok to require back in office but not in this way. Immediately had multiple comments expressing this view, and those were deleted and disabled. They don’t want want feedback. There have been NO pay raises in the last few years. Treat employees as disposable, so when essential employees leave because of this, it makes everyone’s job harder. Soon we will be left with no one with knowledge of the product.
