      Good pay, Some departments are better than others, great support for parental leave and personal time off, huge opportunity for growth, moving with this company is incredible.

      You are often pushed into roles, analytics support is lacking, teams work in silos, not all locations are ideal.

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
