      Very professional. People focused. Safety concious. Great salary. Challenging projects. Great communication. Growth oriented. Nice work environment. Many learning opportunities. Strong people management.

      None that comes to mind this very minute. Wish I could think of something but nothing jumps out. No issues to share.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
