They are willing to promote high achievers without regard for years of experience. I f you are willing to put in the work and wow certain people you will get support and pushed up the organization.
Cons
Company is still in building stages. Many changes and no clear direction of how to deal with them. Change is success is desired but structure and people are still being shuffled to achieve it. Need to be ready for feeling of misdirection and inability to get good information.
