Pros
Beautiful campus with ample amenities and descent benefits. New leadership speaks the right language but it has yet to show it can make the changes necessary to right the ship.
Cons
Navistar silos are the main issue preventing sustained change, too many chiefs in multiple silos leads to duplicated work and inefficient processes. Focus on the customer is blurred vision. Career development means shifting from silo to silo.
