Good pay and benefits, excellent work-life balance.

Cons

Vehicle build quality is the worst I have experienced in my 20+ years in the industry. Management loves having countless meetings to indentify and discuss build quality concerns, yet no one actually wants to roll up their sleeves and find ways to address it. When quality issues are identified, it takes a minimum of 3 to 6 months to actually have engineering and manufacturing implement the fixes as there seems to be no urgency in getting anything done unless you keep asking people nicely to do their jobs. Yet, there are thousands of poor customers/fleet owners that have to tolerate vehicles with sub-standard build quality. To make things worse, the company’s field based technical specialists can’t even fix a sandwich let alone diagnose vehicle technical problems.
