Pros
Management is trying really hard to change the overall culture. They have moved a lot of people to one central location to improve on communication and cooperation. In addition, they are improving the facilities so that it is a place that people want to be at to take advantage of the many benefits such as a basketball court, putting green, coffee from Starbucks, walk while you work treadmills, new fitness center and much more. It is truly an exciting place to work at as it transforms into a better company.
Cons
As others have mentioned, management needs to improve. The old ways of running the business are evident in the way some managers make decisions. The structure of the organization needs some work. Resources are not allocated properly but changes are being made to improve this.
