Somewhat interesting work, cool product if you have a passion for supply chain technology.

HR and Upper management is condescending, inflexible, and unreasonable. Excessive travel for extended periods of time with no break, and terrible compensation for meals/hotels/etc. Managers love to micromanage and then act like they don’t. If you do not speak Spanish, you will be looked down upon and have trouble succeeding. The actual office is gross and outdated, and the culture and practices feel extremely regressive and not like modern organizations should. Pay and benefits are low, turnover rate is high, and the overall vibe of the office and the people who inhabit it feel fake and robotic. There was no emphasis on growth in any way. Enjoyed very little of the work experience, and wouldn’t wish it upon anyone to work here. It felt like the people who worked here did so because they had no choice and nowhere to go.
