Pros

NONE - dont bother if you want to keep your Mental Health intact

Cons

The directors in this company have no clue as to what they are doing or even what they want from their staff or business. They treat people with such disregard and have a habit of throwing their toys out of the pram when they dont get their own way and sacking you. They constantly change goal posts so you never know if you are doing well or even if you have a job on a day to day basis. HR? Pah not a hope in hell - they will get rid of you for sneezing in the wrong direction. The directors of this business are bullies and sexists who think women are second class citizens. Never before have I worked somewhere that your gender was something to use against you all the time. They love a gaslight session and will happily be derogatory towards anyone who isn't white and a man. So if you want to work somewhere that harps back to the 60's/70's then go for it other wise go somewhere where your talents are respected and can grow - Intergence is NOT the place!

Pros

Flexible working including home-working, great team, great managers, good banter, the annual unofficial ski trip is fabulous, it is developing an amazing product and is set to become a household name in technology in the next 12 months It runs quite lean - so they are sensible with the finances and you get to make or contribute to decisions at all levels, and because it runs lean the company can make decisions "on the fly" which our customers really appreciate. Working at Intergence is what you make it, your career is largely in your hands, so put in the effort and contribute and the rewards will come, sit back and expect it to happen and it will pass you by.

Cons

It runs quite lean so everyone is expected to muck in which works both ways, but sometimes it is a bit TOO busy. Start-up company size which means full benefits package is not yet in place
