Pros

A fantastic set of lads to work with, some genuinely decent, hard working and conscientious lads work at Interfloor The pay is also decent with annual pay reviews also

Cons

The machinery is literally falling apart, break downs and urgent need of technicians is almost a daily occurrence and it stems from a lack of maintenance The company is crying out for stock levels to be replenished, but doesn't invest adequately in the infrastructure necessary to bring the machinery and ancillaries up to spec and then maintain them Then they wonder why production is down and overtime is needed so badly Management are only interested in figures, not how they are achieved, if they took the time to understand that machinery and ancillaries that are poorly maintained. faulty or otherwise not up to spec WILL cause issues... they may take the time to put in place necessary investment to improve things
