Pros

Training and teaching their DORs to become fully independent critical thinkers. CQI's available to help your department stay on track, to please the customers Personal superiors COO, VPO, and area managers. I felt like I can easily communicate with.

Cons

This is a small company, therefore the pay rates are known to be low. However, with PDPM, most rehab companies have either been forced to lay off or lower salaries. Interface doesn't have to do either, and that keeps employee morale up.
