Interface has a few divisions, might keep you busy in one of them

Cons

Biggest CON is the lower wages their poor Leads make, Top level "journeyman" making $23 - $25 hourly. CON#2 mandatory on-call, overtime list. CON#3, they make you supply all own tools

We also treat employees fairly and to do so everyone is on the on-call/ overtime list once every few months. Often these spots are picked up by employees who want the extra shifts.
