Pros

Good Compensation if you negotiate well else no other pros

Cons

No work from home long hours.. minimum 9 to 10 daily and with occasional weekend work. Must come before 9 and cant leave before 6 Stale work, You will loose whatever skills you have by keep figuring out how things works in ICE. No training of their domain or products and they change too fast No requirements or documentation Your boss will never listen to you. in ICE its all top to down approach where whatever management tells is right Most important No Process No advancement. Title here are useless.. You could be a director/manager and still might not be managing even a single resource. No work-life balance and they dont care about your personal family life.

Pros

A very distinct culture of gritty, brilliant individuals. Very generous compensation. Lean org structure with access to the senior most leaders.

Cons

Not a company for those who aren't self starters. You will thrive here if you are diligent and independent.

Pros

Giant international corporation with unlimited resources. Multiple locations around the country and the globe with tons of jobs that are open for internal transfer (with some considerations). Generally high pay range.

Cons

Giant international corporations treat you as an unlimited resource. They use "Unlimited PTO" model for Sick and Vacation time, which I feel is a misnomer and a disingenuous concept as a whole. Unrealistic fixation on making employees use AI with no clear plan or direction on how it should happen.
