Company fosters the culture of NOT sharing your salary with other employees. Dead-end job. As an electrical harness tester, I was making $10.50hr. CEO encouraged us to leave positive reviews on glass door website. Rapid employee turnover due to no contracts, or employees finding something better, which it really doesn't take much. Very cliquish environment. If you come in from staffing agency, company will hold your direct hiring after probation to hold company benefits.
