Working here has been a disappointing experience. When my manager asked for additional support, upper management simply suggested that everyone work harder or put in more overtime, showing an obvious lack of work-life balance. Worst of all, they have poor hiring practices. Before I was employed, I learned that the person before me did not work out and that the team has been shrinking although the company was growing. I should have seen the red flags, but I was too excited for the potential growth opportunities I was told about and despite being told I was doing well and learning quickly, I was let go shortly after starting. Fortunately, my previous employer appreciated my work ethic and skills, so I was able to re-secure my old job.
