As an intern I was able to experience and get my feet wet in many different areas of the organization including marketing, sales, research and web development. I was given the tools/ resources and expected to complete the task on my own. The team members were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating when issues arose-especially being on the other side of the globe. The employees work extremely hard in this company. I was constantly surrounded by a strong, dedicated work ethic. The CEO has a phenomenal vision and outlook for this company. I'm very excited to see the continued, inevitable success of this company over the coming years.

As with any international company, communication across countries can be difficult simply because of the significant time difference. However, most of Interakt's operations takes place in India and Singapore so this is not an issue to employees working together in those countries.
